The hands of our master rollers combine wrapper, binder, and filler into a single piece of art. Technique, eye, and decades of practice define every cigar's firmness, draw, and burn.
Every cigar is tested on a draw machine to verify that air flows correctly through the entire stick. If it doesn't pass, it's discarded. Zero compromise — every cigar must breathe perfectly.
Strict visual inspection: even wrapper, fine vein, uniform color, exact length and ring gauge. Only cigars that meet every standard move on to the aging room.
Approved cigars rest in cedar-lined rooms with controlled humidity and temperature, allowing flavors to settle and harmonize before they reach you. Patience is the final ingredient.
