Our Story
Our story begins in the year 2012, when we decided to embark on an exciting journey towards the creation of exceptional cigars. We find ourselves in the beautiful land of Honduras, a place blessed by climatic and geographical conditions ideal for the cultivation of high-quality tobacco.
The founder of ZAHER CIGARS, inspired by family traditions and a connection to the land, decided to start growing tobacco in 2012. The decision to diversify and begin manufacturing cigars materialized in 2018, after five years of cultivating and perfecting our agricultural techniques. Since then, we have dedicated ourselves to the mission of producing the most exquisite cigars using our premium tobacco.
Family Roots
The vision of ZAHER CIGARS was shaped by the direct influence of the founder's grandfather, a field supervisor and manager of tobacco companies in Honduras. Raised in a family deeply rooted in agriculture in the most prolific department of Honduras, the founder found inspiration in the dedication and experience of family and close friends who were involved in tobacco cultivation.
The passion and knowledge passed down through generations merged with the founder's vision, leading him to decide, in 2018, to take a step further and start growing his own tobacco. Since then, we have strived to uphold family traditions and elevate the quality of our plants day by day.
